To whom it may concern,

This is to notify you that I am canceling my Banfield wellness plan for my dog, Toby.

I will be seeking another vet for the care of Toby as well.

I have to say; I was a bit unsettled after reading that abrupt letter informing me of unsafe practices happening at Banfield.

I was even more unsettled to find out that Dr. Robb was the person in question. I have the greatest love for my pets… I find it hard to believe, with that love in mind, I misread the character of Dr. Robb. You see, the Vet that took care of my dog, and subsequently my cat, was that of a very genuine caring person committed to the well being of the animal that was before him.

I went to Banfield for a host of reasons. One, of course, was economics and the benefits of the wellness plan. As much as we love, we still must be prudent in choosing care that is affordable, affording us the ability to give a ‘good’ home to our pets. However, I can tell you this for certain; had Dr. Robb stood before me and I felt he did not have the best interest of my animals at the forefront, I would have been out of there in a hot second. As it is, I did not enjoy the front desk experience at Banfield. But, I stayed because I had faith in the care given by Dr. Robb.

So, with that said, SOMETHING is just not sitting right with me.

Therefore, I feel it is in the best interest of my pets, for me to find Vet care better suited to my needs.

Please understand, a business to you, is the life of my pets to me. I am going with my instincts on this one, and believe that there are two sides to every story.
